Dr. Linden and his staff are proud to be a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive periodontal services available today. We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure that it is performed in the most responsible manner. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we have outlined our payment policy.

Our policy is that payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, money orders and credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express). If required, we also offer an American Dental Association-endorsed payment program. (See CareCredit below.)

Although we are an out-of-network specialty practice, most insurance plans will cover your periodontal work with out-of-network benefits if your policy covers periodontal benefits.

Our office will fill out all necessary forms and submit to your insurance company for reimbursement directly to you. Please check your policy for further details. We would be happy to help you better understand what your out-of-network dental benefits may be.
